An underground free jazz night.
A musical evening celebrating Bangladeshi culture through a mix of traditional ragas, classic songs, and new arrangements. Directed by tabla master Yousuf Ali Khan, the event brings together Bengali artists with global talent from East London's own Grand Union Orchestra. The evening begins at 6pm with authentic Bangladeshi cuisine from Oitij-jo Kitchen, followed by a performance from 7pm to 9pm and a post-concert Q&A session with the musicians. The event is part of the Backyard Biennial: East festival, celebrating the histories and creative practices of the East End.
