Joe Block is one of today's premier jazz pianists and composers. A graduate of the Columbia-Juilliard dual-degree program, Block has performed with legends like Wynton Marsalis and Kurt Rosenwinkel at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Village Vanguard. He is a regular arranger for the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and a Steinway Artist. This performance features a set followed by a jam session, showcasing the pianist's original compositions and collaborative spirit in an intimate New York setting.
