A slow-burn fado night.
Acclaimed Portuguese singer and Eurovision winner Salvador Sobral presents his first-ever album featuring exclusively Brazilian composers. Titled "A Flor do Recomeço" (The Flower of Restarting), the album was recorded in São Paulo and produced by Brazilians Marcus Preto and Tó Brandileone. The record features a stellar lineup of previously unreleased songs written specifically for Sobral by renowned artists such as Adriana Calcanhotto, Arnaldo Antunes, Chico César, Céu, Marcelo Camelo, Mallu Magalhães, Marcos Valle, and Tim Bernardes. For Sobral, this project is a deeply personal journey back to his musical foundations, stemming from the need to go to the supreme origin to deepen and uncover the timeless sounds of the Brazilian side of the Atlantic. The performance is brought to life on stage by a premier lineup of musicians including Katerina L'dokova, André Rosinha, Joel Silva, Sebastià Gris, and Eva Fernández.
