Nu komt het immer verrassende ensemble terug met weer een indrukwekkend meesterwerk: Buxtehudes Membra Jesu nostri. Een cruciaal werk in Pichons zoektocht naar de wortels van de muziek van Johann Sebastian Bach. Buxtehudes Membra Jesu nostri bezingt in zeven diep emotioneel geladen delen de lichaamsdelen van de gekruisigde Christus. Pygmalion laat nu horen op welke schouders Bach sindsdien is gaan staan.
