Dropkick Murphys remain proudly Boston's rock 'n' roll underdogs who nevertheless became champions. The Dropkick Murphys are still masters in combining Irish folk music, hardcore and punk. Inspired by bands like Stiff Little Fingers, The Pogues, AC/DC, The Clash, The Misfits and Motörhead and complete with guitars, mandolins and bagpipes, the band created its own unique sound.
