Το 2004, σε μια μικρή πόλη της ανατολικής Σκωτίας, μια παρέα νεαρών αποφάσισε να φτιάξει ένα επικό metal συγκρότημα με τραγούδια για πειρατές. Οι Alestorm, το καλύτερο pirate metal συγκρότημα στον κόσμο, φέτος τον Ιούνιο κυκλοφόρησαν το 8ο άλμπουμ τους με τίτλο "The Thunderfist Chronicles" και οι εμφανίσεις τους στην Ελλάδα αποτελούν μέρος της "Thunderfisting Europe 2025" περιοδείας τους!
