Jazz lovers, unite. Join us every Thursday for a free live jazz session in our lobby. Grab a drink, take a seat, and unwind from a hard day’s work during Jazz Thursdays at Werkplaats. Each edition, we welcome fabulous jazz musicians. Whether it’s the renowned Amsterdam Jazz Trio (Jochem Braat on piano, Tijn Jans on drums, and Adrie Braat on double bass), intimate duos, or special guests ranging from saxophonists to jazz singers and vibraphonists – expect an evening filled with top-tier jazz. Last March, Henk Kraaijeveld debuted at the Volkshotel stage, which was a great success in a full house. A good reason for inviting Henk again for a concert on April 17th. Henk is a versatile jazz vocalist and songwriter from the Netherlands who brings together compelling music with surprising improvisations. Henk joins forces with Amsterdam based pianist Erik Verwey and the amazing saxophoneplayer Bernard van Rossum. Be there!
