In januari dit jaar bracht Bywater Call hun laatste album ‘Shepherd’ uit dat in de blueswereld lovende reviews ontving. Op vrijdag 29 mei staan de Canadezen voor het eerst in Patronaat met hun dynamische én emotionele liveshow. Hoewel Bywater Call vooral in een blueshoekje wordt neergezet, heeft de band inmiddels bewezen veel meer te zijn en te maken dan bluesmuziek. Zo putten ze inspiratie uit artiesten als The Band, The Wood Brothers, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Otis Redding, Little Feat, Sly and the Family Stone en nog veel meer. Afgelopen zomer stonden ze nog op Bospop, nu is het de beurt aan Patronaat.
