GoGo Penguin, the Manchester trio who inspirationally blend jazz, classical and electronic influences, return with a powerful new album, Necessary Fictions. The work finds Chris Illingworth, Nick Blacka, and Jon Scott exploring their most authentic qualities. This collection represents some of their boldest music yet, featuring modular synths, Moog Grandmother, and electric bass. The band seamlessly transitions from acoustic instrumentation into driving electronica, showcasing their synergy and hypnotic sound.
