An open-air, homegrown folk rock night.
Green Diesel is a folk-rock acoustic outfit from Kent. Blending violin, mandolin, dulcimer, and accordion with electric guitars and drums, their sound is born from a love of traditional English music and a desire to bring it to a modern audience. The band performs original compositions steeped in folklore alongside inventive reworkings of traditional songs and tunes. Support comes from Lacuna, a three-piece band from East London. Drawing on influences ranging from the Clash and Radiohead to Johnny Cash and The Handsome Family, they weave drums, bass, acoustic, and electric guitars into songs that move between driving urgency and intimacy.
