An underground jazz night.
Two Take Five alumni showcase bold new directions in UK jazz. David Kayode is a London-based saxophonist and composer whose work blends Yoruba traditions, Afro-diasporic rhythms, and contemporary jazz. Marlon Hibbert is a steelpan player and composer who integrates jazz, calypso, and Caribbean heritage into his performances. This double bill highlights two distinctive voices in the contemporary scene through rhythm-driven original compositions and inventive improvisation.
