Après ‘This Is a Photograph’ en 2022 et sa relecture ‘More Photographs (A Continuum)’ en 2023 , l’auteur-compositeur américain Kevin Morby vient d’annoncer la sortie d’un nouvel album : ‘Little Wide Open’ qui explore ses origines du Midwest et le vertige du départ à la suite de son installation à Los Angeles. Entre grands espaces, diners, villes moyennes et autoroutes désertes Kevin Morby créé un disque une fois de plus profondément ancré dans une géographie intime américaine. Mêlant folk, rock et écriture introspective, l’album explore les thématiques de l’amour, la perte, et le temps qui passe dessinant une cartographie intime de l’Amérique contemporaine. Ce nouveau disque est aussi l’occasion pour Kevin Morby de reprendre la route cet été pour une tournée européenne qui fera notamment halte à Paris à la Salle Pleyel lundi 6 juillet 2026 !
