Seit 2000 jagte die Soul Explosion wie ein Tornado aus Vinyl Schallplatten durch die Clubs der Stadt. Nach einer längeren Pause geht es jetzt endlich wieder im Privatclub weiter! Der Berliner Dj King Dynamite wird seine hochexplosiven Scheiben der goldenen funky soul Ära zwischen 1966 und ’76 auf die Turntables werfen und mit deep funk und boogaloo den typischen und legendären Sound der Soul Explosion in den Club bringen. Aus seltenen 45s bastelt King Dynamite ein Set, das das Publikum regelmäßig zum Tanzen bringt. Soul Explosion wurde im Jahr 2000 von Frank (Dj Soulpusher) in Berlin gegründet. Später übernahm Mark (Dj King Dynamite) die Leitung und brachte die Party nach Stuttgart, Hamburg und weitere Städte. Die Idee ist eine Reise in die späten 60er und frühen 70er Jahre, so original wie möglich.
