Dekmantel returns for another year across the banks of the Amsterdam river Het IJ. On Thursday night at Parallel, they’ll spotlight artists pushing the boundaries of electronic music beyond the dancefloor, with the likes of bar italia, Comforter2, BEA1991, Oklou, and Moin.
