Field Notes presents Behind the Curtain with Charlie Bones

Best known for his brilliant morning radio charisma, Charlie Bones takes inspiration from a range of different points of reference, which tends to make the music he shares to be so darn enlightening and his DJ sets so eclectically joyous. We’ll be doing something a bit different for Mr. Bones… We, like him, long for the old days of DJing; where the dancefloor was a more communal and joyful space. It was all about a space, the people and the music shared—the way it should be. That’s why we’re launching a new project that brings the focus back to the dancefloor and the people around you. We hope you’ll join us for an incredibly special congregation on 19 July. This performance will be powered by the brand new, laboriously upgraded, venerated Kikuno system in all its bass-heavy glory. We want to see if you’re not there staring at a DJ booth, does the experience on the dancefloor become even better?
