SMUT X Rapid Cyclin Label Launch at SMUT Athens

Greek club underdog DJ Scammer launches his Athens-based label with an explosive first club night at SMUT! Rapid Cyclin will focus on contemporary club music, gathering sounds and references from the global dancefloor and highlighting talent both from the city's vibrant underground and beyond. The first installment will feature Thessaloniki-based DJ Loser, an instrumental figure of the recent trance revival with his Magdalena's Apathy label, as well as an early adopter of hard latin soundscapes in the current meta-rave scene. A frequent collaborator of Safety Trance and Brodinski, DJ Loser will bring his immolating atmosphere at SMUT for the first time, framed by a lineup that promises manic energy and sweaty, off-kilter rhythms. The night will also feature Ice Eyes, a most prolific Athenian producer and mainstay of the deconstructed club movement, Troy Violens, whose iconoclastic blends draw from rave and hard drum to electro and trance, and Chivari, the elusive wonderkid bringing genre-defying and frenzied selections.
