UK born multi-award winner Alexandra Ridout is a trumpeter, bandleader, composer, and educator based in Harlem, NYC. Since winning the BBC Young Jazz Musician in 2016, she has built a high-profile international career, receiving accolades such as the British Jazz Awards Rising Star and the Next Jazz Legacy 2025 Award. Alexandra is a sought-after voice on the scene, performing at major festivals like Montreux and North Sea, and collaborating with artists such as Samara Joy and Dave Douglas. This performance features her long-time collaborators Noah Stoneman and Freddie Jensen, alongside NYC quartet member David Sirkis on drums.
