Alex Henry Foster (AHF) is a Canadian musician, author, producer, and composer, formerly the frontman of the Juno Award-nominated post-rock/noise band Your Favorite Enemies. Celebrated by Rolling Stone as an unpredictable DIY artist, Foster is known for transforming concerts into spiritually charged, cathartic experiences. Performing alongside his band The Long Shadows, his live shows blend expansive post-rock soundscapes, improvisation, and raw vulnerability. The music sits at the intersection of post-rock, gothic rock, and ambient experimentation, creating an intimate and hypnotic atmosphere for the audience.
