Dornika

Dornika is an Iranian-American musician, visual artist, and drag performer based in Berlin. Moving between Tehran, the US, and eventually Berlin in 2017, she has become a staple of the queer nightlife scene through her alter-ego Many Faced Godx. Her creative work is deeply tied to activism, addressing issues like state violence, gender inequality, and body positivity. Her musical style is eclectic and experimental, refusing to be confined to a single genre. She blends elements of jazz, hip-hop, and pop with Iranian folk influences, voguing beats, and techno, creating a sound that reflects her diverse life experiences and social commentary.
