SHRED FEST 2027 marks the 25th anniversary of technical death metal masters OBSCURA, who celebrate with their most extensive European and UK tour to date. This edition of the annual touring festival brings together a high-caliber selection of extreme metal acts from across the continent. Joining headliners Obscura are the legendary Dutch death metal veterans Pestilence, the UK's avant-garde cosmic death metal force Cryptic Shift, Denmark's progressive melodic death metal band Thus, and the relentless French outfit DVRK. The tour is a statement of endurance and musicianship, featuring 39 shows across several weeks.
