DOXA Session #1 arrives at FGO-Barbara! On June 10, three artists are invited to perform their tracks in a new way, accompanied by a live band. Their titles are rearranged and reimagined specifically for this evening. For the first edition, Oumay, Chanje, and Al-Walid take on the challenge. Al-Walid raps about Geneva exactly as he lives it: sincere and without a manual. Born in Switzerland to Moroccan and Algerian parents, he blends his heritage into a singular voice. Oumay is a French-Moroccan artist working in urban pop and R&B. She creates a modern musical universe with haunting melodies and sincere, emotional lyrics. Chanje, originally from Vélizy, is a multi-talented musician skilled in singing, composing, and writing, who has been performing on stage since his first EP in 2018.
