Great Lake Swimmers is a Canadian indie and melodic folk rock band led by Tony Dekker. Formed in 2003 in Wainfleet, Ontario and now based in Toronto, the group is known for their luscious melodic folk excursions. Their discography includes their self-titled debut, the acclaimed "Bodies and Minds", and the Polaris Music Prize-shortlisted "Lost Channels". Over the years, the project has evolved into a staple of the Canadian indie scene, featuring various collaborations and a rich, atmospheric sound.
