- Amsterdam Dance Event 2026 runs 21-25 October 2026 - five days, Wednesday to Sunday. The night-time club programme runs every one of those days, and the daytime conference runs alongside it.

- Across Amsterdam, not on one festival site - every event has its own address, door time and ticket. Four rough clusters: canal-belt clubs you can walk between, converted industrial halls west of the centre, warehouse sites out past the ring, and Amsterdam Noord across the IJ, reached by the free ferries that run all night from behind Centraal station.

- Mood lists 349 parties across ADE 2026 week so far. They range from 200-capacity basements to warehouse rooms.
- Day & night
- They are two programmes with separate tickets. The daytime conference runs as strands - ADE Pro, ADE Lab, ADE Green, ADE Tech, ADE University, ADE Beats - in venues like DeLaMar Theater, De Brakke Grond and the Compagnietheater, and is for people who work in the industry. The night-time programme is the parties, sold per event by the venue or promoter. This page lists the night programme.
- Lineups
- In waves, from early summer through to the week itself. Bigger showcases and headline bookings land first; a large share of the programme is only confirmed in September and October, so a lineup that looks thin in July is normal.
- Tickets
- No. Most night-time parties are ticketed individually by the venue or promoter, so you can buy a single ticket for a single party. Passes cover the daytime conference and certain programmes, not the whole city.
- Free entry
- Yes - 71 of the events listed here are free to enter. They are mostly daytime open-airs, in-store sessions and label showcases that need no ticket at all, and they still fill up, so arriving early matters more than booking.
- Busiest night
- Saturday 24 October, with 101 parties listed - more than any other day. Friday and Saturday carry the most showcases and the deepest lineups.
- Quietest night
- Wednesday and Thursday. The opening days run smaller rooms and shorter queues, tickets are cheaper and sell out later, and Sunday winds down into daytime open-airs and closing sets rather than all-nighters.
- Clocks
- Yes, and on the closing night. At 03:00 on Sunday 25 October the clocks go back to 02:00, so Saturday night runs 25 hours and the 02:00 hour happens twice. Night buses and trains switch to the new time, phones change on their own, and a set billed across that hour will read oddly on any listing - including this one.
- Since 1996
- Since 1996, when it was a three-day industry conference with 300 delegates and thirty DJs. Thirty years on it takes over the city for five days every October, and the club programme - the part this page lists - has long since outgrown the conference that started it.
- Planning
- Pick nights before you pick parties. Rooms sell out unevenly and venues sit far apart, so most people commit to one or two events per night, book the sold-out-risk ones early, and leave the rest to walk-ups and free daytime events.
