For more than three decades, Matmos have been redefining what electronic music can be. The duo of Drew Daniel and M.C. Schmidt transform unexpected sound sources from everyday objects to unusual field recordings into intricate rhythmic and sonic structures. Balancing precision, humour and radical curiosity, Matmos move between sound art and experimental electronics, turning microscopic details into immersive musical experiences. A rare appearance in Athens as part of the Scenius series.
