Welcome to Swadharma Ashram, a Himalayan monastery of Kriya Yoga & Vedic Sciences dedicated to purpose, health, and wisdom. This Soundbath and Ayurvedic Prana Lifeforce Healing session offers an acoustic lay-down experience designed to relax the body, activate natural healing systems, and clear the subconscious mind. During the soundbath, vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and Tibetan bowls wash over participants to help release and let go of what no longer serves them. Attendees also have the option to receive Prana Lifeforce Healing, a technique where the practitioner guides energy by hovering palms over affected areas to resolve imbalances. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for maximum comfort during this refreshing and rejuvenating session.
