Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Prim has collaborated with artists like Ricky Martin and Miguel Zenón. This project, featuring Juan Diego Villalobos and Tony Davis, explores themes of Venezuelan heritage and strength through the lens of modern jazz and traditional roots music. Prim is a prominent figure in the New York City jazz scene, known for his work with Caracas Trio and his 2024 album Home.
