On Squad Race is a unique relay race event where squads compete on a challenging spiral course. Each team member completes a 300m leg, racing down and back up a steep incline before passing the baton to the next runner. The squad achieving the fastest combined time wins the competition and secures a place in the World Finale in LA. It is an intense, all-out athletic challenge designed to test endurance and team coordination.
