Coraza Negra is a music ensemble and cultural project dedicated to preserving and disseminating Afro-Peruvian music, dance, and cultural heritage. Led by Jorge Acevedo, the group performs rhythms such as Festejo, Landó, and Zapateo. Their performances feature traditional instruments like the cajón, quijada de burro, and cajita, blending African, indigenous, and Spanish influences. The 2026 European tour features musicians Marco Campos, Tito Manrique, Marquitos Mosquera, and Graciela Bramón. The event includes a live Afro-Peruvian jazz concert followed by a DJ set.
