Welcome to Swadharma Ashram, a Himalayan monastery of Kriya Yoga and Vedic Sciences. This event features an Ayurvedic Prana Lifeforce Sound Healing and Soundbath, an acoustic experience designed to relax the body, activate natural healing systems, and clear the subconscious mind. The session includes sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and Tibetan bowls. Participants can also opt for Ayurvedic Prana Lifeforce Healing (Pranacharya), a practice using lifeforce to balance the body and mind. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for maximum comfort during this indoor rejuvenation session.
