Queen of Nothing is the solo project of guitarist and songwriter Abi Crisp, originally hailing from Devon and now based in London. With a unique blend of atmospheric indie folk and alt-rock, her music serves as a cathartic release, capturing the essence of her stories and experiences through lush soundscapes and intricate guitar work. She is inspired by artists such as Emma Ruth Rundle, Chelsea Wolfe, Adrianne Lenker, Jeff Buckley and Daughter. Her debut EP ‘The Pull’ was recorded to tape at Middle Farm Studios under the guidance of acclaimed producer Peter Miles (Torres, Orla Gartland, Dodie) and marks her journey of letting go of perfectionism and rediscovering the joy of creativity.
