Peter Deaves is a singer and songwriter from Liverpool, England who currently lives in the forest just outside of Paris. His music is influenced at once by the sounds of his native city and Irish and American country and folk music - these rich influences are brought together by his warm vocals and simple poetic songwriting. After some years, he describes as his "apprenticeship", organising underground artistic events in his Paris loft, touring tiny venues in Europe and the US he honed his craft which eventually led to signing with a small Paris-based label "Le Pouple". His first full album 'Ceol Agus Grá' is released in March 2024. He plays alternative folk and country-folk music, characterized by warm vocals, poetic songwriting, and acoustic instrumentation. His debut album 'Ceol Agus Grá' was released in March 2024.
