Underground καλλιτέχνης alternative rock
My Life As A Moth is a London based alternative artist who "has immediately established herself as an arresting and exciting emerging talent that injects a wholly unique DNA into her sound and writing” (CLOUT) Known for her bold expression and genre defying production, she sculpts each song to live in its own sound world, mixing influences of alternative, punk, folk and electronic music. With characterful delivery, she skilfully writes her songs with surreal imagery and intricate and mystic lyricism. Her debut album, produced by Rob Ellis (PJ Harvey) and arranged with Ben Christophers (Bat For Lashes) and Adrian Utley (Portishead); championed by BBC Radio 6 and Absolute Radio; was her “witty and wicked debut…It possesses a Fiona Apple-like attitude with the spookiness of Kate Bush” - The Revue ‘Time Thief’ is her latest single and the first to be pulled from her anticipated second album, where she has further rooted herself within her distinct artistry. Working with Keir Adamson and Ellie Mason (Voka Gentle) she has explored darker and deeper themes, delving deeper into experimental production and alluring world building.
