During his 25 years spanning career Luca recorded two albums with the band "Jazzbreakers", in which he re-arranged famous rock songs, and three albums as a leader: "Touch and go" (2005-Azzurra music), Four steps" (2008-Azzurra Music) and "Playground" (2013-no label). Luca also recorded many other albums as a sideman with several artists like Alan Farrington, Francesco Bearzatti, Simon Lasky group, Steve Brookstein and with the italian pop singers Drupi and Omar Pedrini.He played at various festivals in with the likes of Eliot Zigmund, Jason Rebello, Sonny Fortune, Omar Lyefook, Larry Coryell, John Abercrombie, John Wetton (King Crimson) and The Cinematic Orchestra. He performed at Festivals and various events in Italy, Sweden, France, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Brasil (with Kiko Kontinentino, keyboard player with Milton Nascimento). In 2017 Luca recorded at Abbey Road studios (London) for the German producer Hans-Martin Buff (Prince). In October 2019 he recorded at Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios with the same team. He regularly performes at the Ronnie Scott's, the 606, the Pizza Express and other important clubs in London, where he's based.
Luca Boscagin plays jazz, bossa nova, and latin jazz, often featuring his intricate guitar work and collaborations with various vocalists and musicians.
He is an Italy-born guitarist and composer currently based in London, UK.
