Raised in Germany, shaped by New York’s underground club scene, and now based in London, Leeda has built a name for herself as both a DJ and emerging producer whose sound bridges continents. Her sets blend the soulful depth of Afro house, Afro tech, and Deep house, reflecting her global roots and love for connection through rhythm. After moving to London in 2010, Leeda quickly became part of the city’s vibrant nightlife and stepped behind the decks in 2013. A decade later, she fully committed to her craft, performing across Europe and Africa and earning recognition for her ability to fuse cultures and sounds. Her time in South Africa, where she’s spent extended periods collaborating with local DJs and producers, has been especially pivotal in shaping her musical identity. Since 2023, Leeda has performed at acclaimed events and festivals across the UK, Mexico, Kenya, and South Africa, sharing stages with respected names in the Afro house and Deep house scene. In 2024, she launched Blend, a London-based event series celebrating Deep and Afro house, cementing her role as a curator and connector within the city’s evolving club culture. Now stepping into music production, Leeda’s debut release marks a natural progression of her artistic journey, infusing her signature sound with rich textures and global influences. With continued support from artists like Manoo and a growing international presence, Leeda stands out as a powerful voice in the global house music community.
