JT Curtis

JT Curtis is best known for performing the ‘George Harrison’ role in the Broadway production of Let it Be and is also the host of the History of Rock & Roll series. His guitar work has been compared to that of Eric Clapton, Duane Allman and Jeff Beck along with his ‘gutbucket vocals’. He has also produced pieces for CBS, NBC, NCAA and The Super Bowl! As an original artist, he distinctly takes influence from classic and progressive rock (with a bit of 90s alternative and 70s funk for flavor) while sining about current issues facing the world. His first work with 7th Sun, back in Los Angeles, produced From The Beginning, a jam band album contemplating on the sign of the times in the 2000s. After moving to New York City, he released his debut album, One Last Stand. The 21 minute Elements was written as a tribute to his later father, whose poetry was sampled in the piece. The piece was released on vinyl in 2024 with a hand full of singles including You and Only You and Never Let The Bastards Grind You Down. Elements has been referred to as a “Modern version of Echoes [Pink Floyd classic].” In 2026, JT released a followup progressive rock album called Where Did the Music Go targeting AI’s stranglehold on music today. JT Curtis continues to perform throughout the New York City area and all over the world.
