Glassio is the alt-dance / dream-pop project of Irish–Persian songwriter and producer Sam R. Known for pairing wistful melodies with brooding, kinetic beats, Glassio has built a global audience - surpassing 25 million streams, earning placements across Netflix, HBO, Amazon Studios, and Paramount+, and touring internationally with artists including Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Nada Surf and Electric Youth. Glassio’s releases include the albums For The Very Last Time (2020) and See You Shine, alongside a series of EPs and singles that have steadily expanded his audience across the US and Europe. Alongside his own work, Sam has collaborated with and remixed artists such as Madge, Beauty Queen, Daneshevskaya, warner case, Gracie and Rachel, Tipa Tipo and Madelyn Darling, expanding his profile as a producer within the indie-dance and electronic space. In 2026, Glassio enters a new chapter with The Imposter, a record exploring identity, authorship, and the uneasy space between who we are and who we’re seen as in periods of transition.
