Dead Tooth

Dead Tooth’s sound brings a welcome discordance to a dystopian landscape. The self proclaimed “rodeo-core” quintet from Queens NY weaves high energy hooks, brazen lyrics, and dirty sax into a refreshingly unhinged live show thats’s earned them comparisons to acts like Refused, At the Drive In and The Jesus Lizard all over the Eastern US. Since the release of their sophomore EP Pig Pile in 2022 the band has put out two original singles earning praise by NME and SPIN magazine as well as a scintillating trash punk cover of Demi Lovato’s “Cool for the Summer” produced by Jeff Berner of Psychic TV. Their next EP, produced by Tom Beaujour (Nada Surf, Juliana Hatfield) is due to release in 2024 accompanied by extensive touring both stateside and overseas, including a run of shows back to SXSW where they’re slated for many official and unofficial showcases all over Austin TX.
