HCTR is a 19-year-old producer and DJ from the South of England, representing a new wave of UK artists pushing garage and house into fresh territory. Producing and DJing for the past three years, he has quickly developed a sound rooted in high-energy rhythms, club-ready drops, and a deep appreciation for UK dance music culture. A vinyl DJ as well as a digital artist, HCTR’s connection to the genre runs deep - shaped early on by his dad’s extensive record collection, which was passed down to him and helped form his musical foundation. Beyond releases, HCTR is actively building his profile through live shows and fortnightly radio appearances in Brighton.
