Ollie Kaiper-Leach

Ollie Kaiper-Leach is the quintessential ‘Piano Man’ - a restless and ever-roaming soul who collects and tells stories with a musical language formed from years of playing in bars, musicals, and bands of all genres on stages all around the world. With blues at his core, his music touches jazz, funk, songbook, and even a sprinkling of country, with intricate arrangements reflective of a true band-leader. You may know him from the West End show The Choir of Man, or more recently from the world-famous Mania! the ABBA Tribute, though most around London know him as the co-host of the Pindrop Songwriters Series, an outfit he brought over from Nashville which champions giving a supportive space to songwriters of all levels and backgrounds. An eternal student to his craft, Ollie spends his ‘free’ time teaching in universities and spreading his love of songwriting and music theory on TikTok. Following the appearance of his 2022 single ‘Read ‘Em & Leap’ in the feature film Do Us Part, Ollie took a hiatus from releasing to tour and record an album, which he is itching to preview on November 20th with his full 8-piece band.
