Rafinha Barros was born in the city of Piracicaba, interior of the state of São Paulo, his Afro-Brazilian origin contemplates a sound mixture through string instruments, originating timbres that dialogue between regional music and the world. Multi-instrumentalist graduated from the Tatuí Conservatory and with a degree in music, he now has his newest instrumental project, which shares the sound experience of his musical trajectory. The project is part of a dream that is to share and transmit the art that has been passed from generation to generation in his family until today. After 12 years as a member of the Zaíra band, a nationally and internationally acclaimed group, the artist resumes and promotes his solo career, based on Brazilian music added to other elements such as beats and regional rhythms, moving between organic sound and electronic music. The musician has had several professional experiences throughout Brazil and Europe, performing with Banda Zaíra in several countries such as Portugal, Switzerland, Holland, England, France, and Germany.
