Psycho Choke
A high-energy groove metal artist.
In September of 1998 Argy’s create-a-band struggle ended after discovering Bax, Phantomas and Montes. Along with Billy (R.I.P.), the band came up with a name focused on the psycho-wrath of each individual member of it and almost immediately begun writing songs and performing live in audience. After the release of their 1st album “Choke on This” in 2001 Billy decides to leave the band and he was replaced by Al Roy. In 2005 the band completes their brand new 11 track album titled "One Mind Less”. Later in 2007, Psycho Choke wrote and recorded a 4 track Mini-CD called "The Last Moments of Absence", The new material features the aggression of the band's old works but at the same time combines great melodies and catchy big choruses. In the spring of 2009, the band started recording their new -long anticipated- full length album called "Unraveling Chaos". Mixed and mastered at Hansen studios by Jacob Hansen (Nightrage, Volbeat, Mercenary) featuring guest appearances from their friends Gus.G (Ozzy Osbourne, Firewind), Marios Iliopoulos & Olof Morck (Nightrage) and Jacob Hansen (Invocator, Anubis Gate, Beyond Twilight) In 2015 Psycho Choke released their long-awaited 5th album “No Place in my Soul” (mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen). The album features a guest appearance of Gary Meskil of Pro-Pain on song “Give it Up”. Currently the band is in hiatus. Please check their official social media pages for info and updates. Stay Psycho!
