🎻 Elnur Mikayilov is a virtuoso kamancha performer and composer, known for bringing Azerbaijan’s national musical heritage to global audiences. 🌍 His performance at the closing ceremony of the Baku 2015 European Games earned widespread acclaim, with international media calling him "the poet and virtuoso of the kamancha." 🏆 He is the Grand Prix winner of the Ethnic Music Competition in Turkmenistan (2010), First Prize laureate of the 5th Republic Instrumental Mugham Competition in Azerbaijan (2018), winner of the International Mugham Festival “World of Mugham” (2018), and recipient of the Grand Prix at the Sharq Taronalari Festival (Uzbekistan, 2024). 🎶 In addition to performing, Elnur Mikayilov is also a composer of original instrumental works, blending ethnic roots with contemporary musical expression.
