Thanasis Petheriotis

Thanasis Petheriotis is a songwriter, singer, musician, and actor based in Athens, Greece. His sound is experimental, spanning elements of indie rock, stoner, and folk. He is fascinated by and seeks to create music that blends different forms toward a common goal — songs that become meetings of diverse cultures, infused with an otherworldly atmosphere and electric energy. His lyrics converse with the present to touch an undefined yet more human tomorrow. In his live performances, he is characterized by intense extroversion, striving to draw both the audience and himself into a state of liberation from everything conventional that one carries before entering the show. In terms of discography, he has released the single "Agapi" (2023) and the EP "Photographia" (2024). He is currently preparing, together with producer and songwriter Kos K., his first full-length album (LP) titled "Afton Ton Dromo Ksero". The album is a collection of seven songs by Kos K., interpreted by Thanasis, with a strong groove, sharp guitar riffs, and rock ’n’ roll and disco characteristics. The album is set for release on December 5, while its lead single, "Sosias", is out. He has shared the stage with artists such as Grigoris Klioumis(Ypogeia Revmata), Frank Panx (Panx Romana), Kos K., Χρήστος Βέργος, Giorgos Laggouretos, and Vasilis Rallis. In theatre, he starred in the musical “The Unknown Prince: Pavlos Sidiropoulos” during the 2023–24 season.
