Daily J
Hey we're Daily J, the band of brothers bringing smooth psych-pop waves all the way from NZ > Australia. Originally from Blenheim and now based in Sydney; Jayden, Jonny, and Jesse Paul teamed up with musical soulmate, Rick Everard to create the dreamy sounds that have become their signature. Their debut EP The Other Side was swiftly followed by crowd sing-along favourites such as ‘Left Me Like Summer’ and ‘Skylah’, which both featured on the release of their debut album Venus Ate Mars in November of 2020. The band continued exploring new sonic territory with the emotionally rich two-part album Slush Honey: Side A & Slush Honey: Side B in 2023. Building on two sold-out Australian tours and over 48M streams in 2023, the band had an even bigger 2024. They reached new heights by selling out their debut UK tour, and upon returning to NZ, they completed their third studio album, which retained the bands positive outlook, while acknowledging the rainy days we all must face. With successful singles like ‘Tastes Like Forever’ and ‘Sunday Stitches’ climbing the NZ charts, they released Scatterbrains in February 2025. Through all of life’s chaos, their music offers something rare: a sense of calm, empathy, and escape. Whether in sunshine or rain, Daily J reminds us we’re never truly alone. @dailyjband
