SONIC WHIP is an energetic, alternative rock band formed by brothers Meryn and Florian Bevelander and Kevin Clerence. Last year, they played at festivals in The Netherlands (Zwarte Cross, Huntenpop a.o.) and beyond such as Firevolt Rock Festival and Wokingham Festival and they released their new EP ‘Spinning Around’, with which they toured throughout the country during the Popronde. This year, they crossed the North Sea for the fourth time for a new UK Tour and won two Radio Wigwam Awards for ‘Best International Band’ & ‘Best Live Act’. Expect quirky, heavy but upbeat riffs and polyphonic vocals sometimes reminiscent of the Beatles' choruses.
