Makebo is a DJ and producer based in Barcelona (Spain), with a deep understanding of the structure and philosophy of the intellectual electronic scene. With a subtle grasp of Organic and Progressive House sounds, he creates a hypnotic, groove-rich sound that immerses the listener in a state of pure perception of the moment and reveals the inner world of the artist. In 2021, together with Amonita, he founded the music label Rubicunda, which became a platform not only for releases but also for organizing showcases that bring together artists from around the world around melodic sounds. As a producer, Makebo is released on leading global labels including All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Lost Miracle, and Shanti Radio, and regularly performs at their parties worldwide. At the end of 2023, he took first place in the top chart of Organic House artists and producers according to Beatport / Beatstats. His music receives strong support from influential artists including: Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Lee Burridge, Damian Lazarus, Sébastien Léger, Roy Rosenfeld, Tim Green, Khen, among others, and is regularly featured in their sets. The artist's touring activity covers the USA, Brazil, and Europe, and also includes regular seasonal performances in Ibiza.
