Quentyn
A polished synthpop artist.
Quentyn is a Dutch artist, songwriter and producer from Amsterdam, blending indie and electronic sounds. With his sophomore album “❍”, he hit the sweet spot between nostalgic indie and euphoric festival melodies, merging band music with electronic beats. Working in solitude from his attic studio, each track begins at the piano. The release led to 3voor12 inviting him to perform in the 3FM Live Box and give a national radio interview. Apple Music named him an UpNext artist. The lead single reached 1.7M streams, gained support from BBC Radio, KEXP, 3FM, Indie XL, SiriusXM BPM, FloodFM, Numéro, Faze Mag, WeRaveYou and Notion - and was remixed by Lammer and Arno Cost. He also built a live set showing his studio process, performing as a one-man band with guitar, synths and drum machines. Inspired by Phoenix, Empire of the Sun and Nothing But Thieves, his first headline shows in Amsterdam, Groningen and The Hague all sold out. Previously part of a producer-duo touring worldwide and playing for 15,000 at festivals like Sziget, he remixed artists including Tegan & Sarah, DEV and A-Trak, earning 100M+ streams. With credits for major dance artists, Quentyn has established himself as a strong force. Through his label Enroute Records he pushes this sound further, releasing music from Big Data, Anoraak, Asher Moss, Roisto, Arno Cost, Blende and others. His 2021 debut album ‘Enroute’ surpassed 15M streams, cementing his status as a rising star.
