NOCASINO

NOCASINO is a DJ/Producer based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Known for his work with artists such as Dankery Harv of rap duo Frank N Dank, as well as Juno Award winning emcee Thrust OG, NOCASINO utilizes samples spanning genres such as soul, jazz, disco, and anything psychedelia to create a vibe all his own. NOCASINO holds a DJ residency at the legendary Pittsburgh club, The Goldmark, and has previously held residencies at other esteemed venues across the Pittsburgh region. NOCASINO grew up in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Growing up, he was always fascinated with music, taking an interest in his father's guitar at a very young age. NOCASINO released his first project, a beat EP titled A Short Story, in 2018, followed shortly thereafter by an EP titled The Usual Suspects which features rappers he knew from his hometown as well as abroad. These two projects would set the stage for NOCASINO's signature sound. In 2020, he produced 100% PURE for Dankery Harv, which solidified NOCASINO as an up and comer in the underground hip-hop scene. I'm 2021, NOCASINO moved to Pittsburgh, PA, where he'd go on to work with artists such as Moemaw Naedon, AARIE, and others. He started a recurring event called Pittsburgh Beat Night, which was a producer focused event that celebrated sample based music. In the years that followed, NOCASINO discovered a love for house music, and started DJing in clubs around Pittsburgh and beyond.
