Secret Cameras
A polished, underground darkwave artist.
Secret Cameras is a London-born Darkwave/Post-Punk duo who live at the fault line where analog past collides with digital future. Their self-titled debut EP (2017), sculpted with the guidance of legendary producer Dave Bascombe (Depeche Mode, Suede, Placebo), set the foundation for their sonic identity. Years of relentless live shows followed, expanding their reach from intimate venues to festival stages like Kendal Calling and Camden Rocks. In 2020, amid the quiet chaos of the first lockdown, Secret Cameras wrote and recorded The Silence. Praised as “majestic” by BBC 6 legendary DJ Steve Lamacq and championed by Amazon Music UK, the track marked a turning point: proof that even in disconnection, connection can spark. Their 2023 EP, "Surrender To The Process", sharpened the dialogue between past and future. Recorded after a sold-out night at London’s legendary Lexington, it was mixed by Josh Harrison (Royal Blood, YONAKA) and mastered by Grammy-winner Giovanni Versari (Muse), the record carried the band further into the public ear, championed by tastemakers at Radio X, Planet Rock, and Music Crowns. In 2024 and 2025 the band released two singles, Under Attack and No More, clocking over 180k streams each on Spotify and cementing the band’s position as chroniclers of a world in flux. Now, Secret Cameras prepare a new EP to be released in January 2026 with the first single of the record scheduled to be released for the 24th of October 2025, titled “Back Against the Wall”.
