NIEK

NIEK (27) is a singer-songwriter who travels the world with his (acoustic) indie pop music, using it as a universal connection. With a warm, soothing voice and melodic guitar playing, he creates intimate moments that resonate with audiences, sharing music inspired by relatable life experiences. In 2023 he left to Australia to pursue his dreams in music. There he found the inspiration that shaped his sound, a mix of sincere storytelling and warm melodies, influenced by artists such as Ed Sheeran and Tom Odell. He performed in cities such as Sydney and Melbourne, wrote new music and grew as an artist. Back in the Netherlands, NIEK showed that he is ready to break through. In the SBS6 TV show Talent Unplugged, he managed to touch the audience and the jury and made it to the final as one of the winners of the show. With his debut album “What Are You Up To?” and his EP “Sleepless Nights”, NIEK has already racked up hundreds of thousands of streams. His songs, honest and compelling, touch on themes such as growth, love and the pursuit of dreams. Now NIEK is eager to share his latest work, full of emotion, energy and stories that come straight from the heart.
